Description

Fine pair of satinwood and marble top bedside cabinets c.1910. Original marble tops with canted corners and moulded edges. Over a single drawer and a small cupboard to each. A true pair with left and right hand opening doors. Sparkling satinwood veneers across the front, sides and rear. With mahogany edges and inlaid stringing to the door and drawer fronts. Original brass mounts to the shoulders and laurel wreath pattern handles on the drawers. Shaped apron and legs, also crossbanded in satinwood with well cast brass feet front and rear. Oak drawer linings. One replacement door knob, otherwise excellent condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
