This is an antique coal keeper. An English, copper and oak fireside store or log bin, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

Countryside appeal for the fireside, with hand beaten finish

Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order

Select oak shows fine grain interest and warm caramel hues

Profusely detailed and textured copper presents bright tonality

Braced lid adorned with a stylish Art Nouveau motif to the centre
