Pair of French Kingwood Bedside Tables

1900 - 1920
Description

A striking pair of French kingwood bedside tables with unusual shaped quartered veneered tops above two drawers with brass knobs. This pattern is repeated on the drawers and sides. The tables are curved to the front, sides and back and are raised on curved, tapering legs with decorative metal mounts to the front legs.

The condition is very good, the tables stand evenly and firmly.

An excellent pair of early 20th century bedside tables, a decorative and useful addition to any bedroom.
