Superb Regency Antique Linen Press Cupboard

Description

A superb, Regency antique linen press cupboard. This original painted pine antique linen press dates from around 1810. We have hand scraped layers of paint to reveal the original, period cream paint. This antique pine linen press is wonderful quality. Even inside, the maker has gone that one step better than normal. The four raised and moulded panel doors open to show an unusual configuration of six large slidining linen trays and three drawers which still have the original brass ware. A very well made, Regency antique linen press cupboard. All original, no alterations. In great condition, suitable for everyday use. Splits in two.

Dimensions: 197cm high x 135cm wide. Base: 56cm deep Top: 44.5cm deep.
