C19th Two Door Parquetry Cupboard on Stand

Description

Good quality cupboard with parquetry decoration to the front featuring a range of exotic hardwoods and spiral turned columns to the sides. The cabinet has heavy solid brass decorative handles to either side. The cupboard has its brass lock with original key and two internal shelves which can be removed if needed The inside retains its original paper lining with usage marks. The cabinet is on a stand (possibly later) with tapered legs and has a good colour with usage marks to the polish commensurate with 150 years of age
