Boasting a box design, with a small upstand to the top, this single Art Deco bedside cupboard is constructed with stunning mirror matched satinwood, finished with macassar wood banding on a solid frame.
This Art Deco bedside chest cupboard comprises an open top section, with fine macassar moulding separating the enclosed cupboard below, which incorporates an internal shelf. The door is finely constructed with satinwood, which retains the original fine quality Macassar door handle. The cupboard doors open and close flush to the frame, on ball joint closure mechanisms. The Art Deco nightstand stands on its original recessed cushion macassar plinth. This Art Deco bedside table boasts classic Art Deco styling throughout; this is visible in the rounded corners and clean lines.
This Art Deco nightstand cupboards boasts a mellow colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

Here is a fine quality single Art Deco nightstand / bedside cupboard, constructed from satinwood, decorated with macassar wood, circa 1930, in excellent original condition.
This Art Deco bedside cupboard has been cleaned and French polished by hand, to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore it’s in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and sides, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The Art Deco nightstand incorporate stunning satinwood veneers, boasting a mellow walnut colour. The doors close flush to the frame and retain the original door handle. This Art Deco bedside cupboard is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
