A superb good sized rare sterling silver animal figure. It is hallmarked 925 STERLING GERMANY along with import marks for London 1966. It has been superbly designed being cast in the form of cockerel with gilded highlights. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (16cms) long head to tail by 2.5 inches (6.4cms) wide wing to wing by almost 3 inches (7.5cms) to the top of the head and weighs 132 grams. A top quality piece.
