Arthur Simpson Edwardian Antique Walnut Corner Robe

A superb quality English antique corner wardrobe, made by Arthur Simpson of Kendal, in solid walnut with ash back panels. Very well made, all pegged construction and featuring two long robe doors with the centre style having a carved details and to the top rail. In excellent, clean condition and complete with all the original brass ware handles and hanging hooks inside.

Arthur Simpson was a Kendal based furniture making company ‘The Handicrafts’ which was a renowned Arts and Crafts maker, producing high quality hand crafted furniture, Simpson worked with designers such as Voysey and Baillie-Scott.
