Description

A very useful Victorian mahogany chemists or pharmacy cabinet. We acquired this from a prominent medical family in Liverpool, so very likely from a pharmacists shop. The solid mahogany panelled doors open to reveal a fitted interior with three shelves, some with bottle ring marks present!

A finely made piece, of quality materials, the mahogany a lovely mellow colour; this cupboard was designed to be hung against a wall as the cornice only returns on the right hand side and the left remains unpolished.

Would look fantastic in a country house kitchen or bathroom, in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed.
