MEASUREMENTS
This star of the show is this exceptional fine cushion cut natural ceylon sapphire with no evidence of heat treatment. The sapphire weighs in the region of 2.90ct and is held securely by 8 platinum claws. The colour is superb. The stone is internally flawless to the naked eye with a beautiful play of colour. Natural stones such as these carry a huge value and are extremely difficult to course these days.
This is an antique ring in its entirety.
Smaller old cut diamonds trial the shoulders, each measuring 1 - 1.5mm
