Vintage 1.00 Carat & 0.70 Carat Diamond Cluster Ring

1940 - 1960
Description

An absolutely electric vintage sapphire and diamond ring. The slightly violet-ish blue sapphire in the centre is mounted in a closed-back white gold setting, and surrounded by 36 white and lively old cut diamond within a hexagonally shaped gallery. The head of the ring is fluted in the gallery, and leads to a wide, reverse tapering 14k yellow gold shank with ornamental engraving in the shoulders.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI.

Cut:  Oval cut sapphire and old cut diamonds.

Colour:  The diamonds range from H to J.

Clarity:  The sapphire is lightly included (eye-clean). The diamond range from VS2 to SI1.

Carat:  The sapphire is approximately 1.00 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.70 carat.

Size:  K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Free sizing available. There is a limit to how much this can be altered, so please contact us prior to ordering should you need to resized.

Measurements:  The sapphire is approximately 6.97 x 5.18mm The head of the ring is 17.4 x 14.8mm and sits 4.3mm from the finger.

Weight:  7.36 grams.

Metal:  14k white and yellow gold. Tested.
