Description

A Pair of 19th Century Imari Vases.
Each vase with an outswept rim, above the baluster shaped body, with vertical fluting. The vases tapering into a spreading circular foot. The collar and foot decorated with flower filled panels. The body decorated with reserves filled with trees in full bloom, surrounded by a background filled with a profusion of flowers.
Date circa 1850.
Height 9 3/4 inches, 25cm.
Diameter 6 inches, 15cm.
