Description

Here we have one of the finest examples of an early 18th century Welsh Oak Tridarn that we have ever seen. This Tridarn c1700 has the most wonderful colour and patina throughout. As it should the Tridarn breaks down into three easily movable parts. This Tridarn is fantastically original throughout and certainly one for the purest. The canopied top has wonderful rear fielded panels and exquisitely turned column supports. The middle section has a decorative reeded moulding and drop turned finials at each side. There are two cupboard doors and a central arcaded panel which has amazing chip carved decoration. The base has two cupboard doors and and all the internal boards are original. The whole sits on original stile feet. A better one you will not find. The Tridarn has been in a collection for a very long time. A super example in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 196 cm high 140 cm wide 57 cm deep.
