Pair of Continental Pine and Marble Top Bedside Cabinets

1900 - 1920
Description

Good size pair of Continental scrubbed pine bedside cabinets with contemporary marble tops, circa 1900.

Lovely pale and raw finish to this pair and nice to see the beaded edge and mouldings to the doors.

The marble tops have been recently cut to fit and have a good overhang to the rear so they will fit snug to the wall in front of your skirting boards ( the marble is not fixed so you can position them to suit ).

Useful storage with the drawers and cupboard spaces, fitted with a fixed shelf to each.

Being a softwood pine, there are the usual aged worm traces but absolutely nothing of any concern and long since departed!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
