19th Century French Cabinet Linen Press

Description

Absolutely superb quality 19th century buffet that came from a beautiful Paris house.

It dates from around 1870 and is made from cherry wood and oak.

It has lots of stunning hand carved detail.

It is in excellent condition throughout and has been stripped and bleached to reveal the lovely pale grain of the antique wood.

It has its original brass escutcheons and beautiful iron hinges and keys to all doors and drawers.

It is highly practical providing a huge amount of storage with a large original oak shelf in each of the top and bottom sections. It also has 2 lovely original drawers.

It does not dismantle other than the cornice, drawers and doors so please consider this if you are planning on putting it upstairs.
