A George III Pine Bowfront Corner Cupboard

Description

An unusual George III pitch-pine bowfront corner cupboard, the top with moulded cornice and mirror plates to the back over twin doors with flush hinges and beaded edges with their original brass lock escutcheons, opening to reveal two shelves with their original green/blue paint, and with a moulded base. English circa 1780. Key supplied.

Condition: Excellent, the cupboard is well constructed and solid, and remarkably original - the left door is held in by a little hook concealed under a shelf and the key looks to be the original. The piece has a pleasing colour.
