Condition Report:
Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and specifically the sides, with old restoration patches near the waist, but nothing significant considering its age. The linen press has been cleaned and French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination is of an excellent standard. The interior has been fitted with a brass hanging rail. The doors lock using the original brass working lever lock (with working key). The drawers retain their original brass swan neck handles and circular backplates, key escutcheons and working locks (with key). Some inwards movement to the two bottom drawer fronts, although nothing unusual considering the age of the item. The linen press is raised on old replacement bracket feet. The linen press retains its original backboards. This item is solid in joint and ready to use.
