Circa 1860, early Victorian carved mahogany stool. The recently reupholstered stuffover seat is held in place by fine gimp, over a Rococo style apron with foliate carving. Standing on 4 squat cabriole legs with floral carving to the tops and facings, over a curled foot above original brass and porcelain castors.
