Pair of 19th Century French Oak Bedside Tables

Description

A great quality pair of 19th Century French oak bedside tables with marble tops. Having moulded tops inset with original red and white veined marble. The cupboards below feature intricate lattice work carving, that continues on all sides, which is unusual to find, and small round wooden knobs on the doors.

Below sits a shaped and carved apron of acanthus leaves and foliage which continues onto the long, elegant slender cabriole legs, terminating in animal hoof feet.
