Large Pair of French Rosewood Pot Cupboards

Description

Really unusual and fantastic quality pair of French late 19th century Louis xv style pot cupboards or would also work very well as sofa side tables due to their proportions and they are finished on all sides.

This is a great size pair of cabinets, so will hold a good size table lamp etc but also they give some useful storage. Internally the cupboard is lined with its original marble, although the top marble has been replaced at some point for the current dark charcoal grey which works well with the rosewood.

Unusual being fully finished to the backs, so they can free stand if you were considering them as sofa side tables too.

Good condition to both pieces with some lightening to the tone of one, but only really noticeable when they stand directly next to each other when photographed!

There is currently one key, but I will try to find a suitable second key.

Measuring:

30 1/4 inches or 77 cm high

14 1/4 inches or 36 cm wide

23 1/4 of 59 cm deep front to back
