A superb model having a lovely large architectural cornice with inset panelled doors beneath and then two short drawers over one long, deep bedding drawer. Inside of the linen press cupboard is in the original blue paint and has four slide out drawers, quality made in ash wood with mahogany drawer fronts. All the drawers have the original rosewood handles and the Regency press stands on original bun feet. In superb conditio throughout, very high quality made and in the origainl cream paint finish with period blue and white line decorations and beautiful foliage hand painted onto the doors and shaped cornice. Every surface is decorated. Is there a better Regency original painted pine Gillows antique linen press out there to buy at the moment? probably not. A superb antique linen press in wonderful paint, a special piece. Splits into three sections.
