1800 and has a small moulded top above two beautifully figured cupboard doors with H hinges and original back boards. The interior has three shelves. The lower section has a moulded edge above two over one deep drawers with decorative brass handles and later back boards. This beautiful antique press stands on shaped bracket feet. It splits into two sections for ease of removal, comes with wonderful charm, character and has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
