A really good pair of Vienna vases , the central body painted on a gold ground with allegorical subjects . The painting is of good quality and the burnished gold leaf is an excellent colour .It is now uncommon to find porcelain vases in this condition , there is no damage , no restoration and they are as made , colourful and very bright .Don has been dealing in Meiji period art for 60 years , exhibiting in London , New York , Baltimore , Miami and Shanghai.
