It is 18k Gold and platinum and has been set with One Large central stone it weighs 3.01 carats is a old European cut diamond colour F and SI2 clarity. There is two 0.20 carat diamonds at each side of the shoulder and four 0.05 diamonds on the four corners of the main stone.
