The stone is claw set in yellow gold and surrounded by twelve high white eight-cut diamonds in a coronet cluster setting. On a slender 18k yellow gold ring with spear-shaped shoulders.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no evidence of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
