Antique Edwardian Silver Novelty Bulldog Pin Cushion

A fine example of a solid sterling silver novelty pin cushion, fashioned as a bulldog.
 
He is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1907 with the maker''s mark of Adie & Lovekin Ltd. He appears to have his original pin cushion, which although it isn''t obvious from the photographs, is blue. Overall, he''s in a great condition, although he does look a little glum!
