Description

Superb late 18th century miniature bow-fronted chest of drawers stamped by the maker B. SHEPHERD. Two over three drawer configuration. The drawers with cock beaded edges and original tiny brass locks and original turned knobs. The drawers are all oak lined. The top has a cross banding and ebony stringing. The chest stands on its original swept down bracket feet. The chest is a wonderful colour with deep patina and a waxed finish. The chest is in good condition for its age. Miniature size.
