This ENGLISH BRASS HALL LANTERN, in the AESTHESTIC MOVEMENT STYLE, dates from circa 1890. The four glass panels have star cut decoration to the centre and bevelled edges, all of which help to reflect the light.It is of good size and quality with a pleasing presence.The LANTERN would need wiring by a qualified Electrician.The condition is good. The LANTERN is sturdy. There are some nibbles to the edges of the glass panels where they sit within the frame, the worst two of which are shown in the photographs.
