Pair of George III Mahogany Bedside Lockers

Description

Circa 1790, rare pair of original George III mahogany bedside lockers. The square tops with a wraparound gallery with cut out carrying handles are above cross banded, flame mahogany doors (opposite opening) with original finely turned ebony knobs opening to a slatted interior. Supported on fine tapering ring turned legs with x-form turned stretchers with a central roundel decoration.
