Description

Royal Worcester porcelain vase, dated 1935. Finely painted with a study of apples and grapes, on a mossy bank, by Edward Townsend. The neck moulded with a continuous stylised leaf motif, on a gilt ground.

Signed - E. Townsend.

Printed puce factory mark, and date code for 1935.

Height - 10.5 cm, 4 1/4”.
