This is a good pair of 18th century Japanese Arita vases in perfect condition. The vases have a double gourd shape of hexagonal section, each moulded in relief and enamelled in bold typical Imari colours with flowering branches between underglaze blue and iron red borders.

The pair are in perfect condition, with no damage or restoration and measure 17 cms in height.
