Spectacular Quality Victorian Rich Figured Mahogany Antique Linen Press

This Spectacular Quality Victorian Rich Figured Mahogany Antique Linen Press dates from ca. 1840 and has a moulded cornice above two beautifully figured doors with key and working lock. The interior has a hanging rail and five original sliding linen trays so it can be used to hang clothes or store them in the trays. The lower section has two over two graduating Mahogany lined, cock beaded drawers with beautifully turned handles. It stands on turned bun feet and has aged to a rich Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
