Dating from around 1890 in the Victorian era, this beautiful antique glazed bookcase on cupboard has a moulded cornice above two glazed doors with key with working lock and an interior that comprises of three adjustable shelves.
It has two carved corbels and stands on a plain plinth and splits into two sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
