Description

Herev we have a wonderful George III Oak hanging corner cupboard c1780. As you can see the cupborad has super colour and patina. There is a moulded pediment to the top with a crossbanded frieze below. The frieze has an inlaid Box wood string decoration which is also replicated down either side. There are two doors with stunning quarter sawn timbers exposing beautiful medullary rays in the Oak. The doors have inlaid Fruitwood conch shel decoration and original fancy escutcheons. The doors retain the original H hinges and internal lock and hook mechanism. Internally there are three shelves and the cupboard retains the original backboards. A stunning cabinet in fantastic retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 38 inches high 26 wide and 17 deep.
