An elegant early 19th century mahogany linen press.
c1830.
Lovely figuring and rich golden colour and patination to the mahogany.
To the top is a projecting moulded cornice, over arch panelled doors.The doors open to reveal a wooden hanging rail and four mahogany slides. The slides each open smoothly.

Below is a chest of four drawers-two short and two long. With cock-beading and the original turned bun-handles.
Standing on a plinth base, with flattened bun-feet.
Very easy to move as it can be dismantled into three sections.

The condition overall is excellent antique condition,with general expected signs of use consistent with age, a couple of historical small minor repairs to the veneers around the drawers.

Internal measurements of hanging area if the slides were removed-
