Spectacular Quality Figured Mahogany Bow Fronted Antique Linen Press

This Spectacular Quality Figured Mahogany Bow Fronted Antique Linen Press circa, 1860 has a curved cornice above two beautifully figured cupboard doors with reeded edges and key with working lock and the interior comprises of four linen trays. Beneath are two over two graduating oak lined cock beaded drawers with stunning turned handles and mother of pearl inlayed centres. This striking antique stands on elegant turned bun feet and splits into three sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
