the flared cornice with inlay detail over top with two panelled doors, each with shell inlay detail and satinwood banding, opening to interior fitted with four pull out sliding trays, the base with three graduating satinwood banded drawers, raised on ogee feet.
some marks and scuffs, shrinkage split to one side, really just the normal things you would expect with an item of antique furniture but nothing at all to detract from the piece itself which really is a lovely quality press with a lovely colour and patina, ready to give many more years of service.
