Quality Georgian Mahogany Floor Standing Corner Cupboard

This beautiful quality Georgian mahogany tall floor standing corner cupboard ca 1770 has a later polished removable top above a moulded cornice with ebony and satinwood banded inlay above a deep frieze with an intricate band of inlay. The antique corner cupboard has two arched cupboard doors with raised fielded panels and moulded edges with quality brass H hinges. The interior has three shaped oak shelves above a central drawer. This beautiful period piece has canted corners, stands on ogee bracket feet, has original oak backboards and is a rich warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
