Pretty Antique English Sterling Silver Basket / Dish - 1908

Description

A really pretty Edwardian pieced or reticulated dish, beautifully shaped outlined with a beaded rim and a scroll decorated handle each end.

The dish has a full English hallmark for London 1908, Edwardian in era. The makers mark is also present for the silversmith's, Josiah Williams & Co -David Landsborough Fullerton. The underside of the dish is also lucky enough to have been struck with and English design registration number for the year 1898.

A superb dish in excellent condition weighing 4.39 Troy Ounces / 136.6 Grams. 8" x 5" x 2 1/2" tall.
