Description

An extremely useful mid 19thC painted pine cupboard with drawers below. Very decorative original paint finish. Very original overall with intact locks, escutcheons, drawer pulls and hinges.

The piece was originall made in three sections and as such breaks down to enable it to be placed in the most awkwardly acessed rooms. It is robustly made and has been fully teated for woodworm. In the past it has been used as a hanging cupboard and has hooks remaining from that use and with the shelves removed could be used as a hanging cupboard again. With the doors open it comes alive and would look superb in a kitchen and would even be suitable for a flat screen tv.
