Characterful Victorian Figured Mahogany Antique Chiffonier Cupboard

This Characterful Victorian Figured Mahogany Antique Chiffonier Cupboard circa, 1840 has a rectangular top above a mahogany lined frieze drawer and two beautifully figured cupboard doors with moulded edges and key with working lock. Each corner has elegant scrolled carved corbels and the interior has one removable shelf. This super cupboard is full of the charm and character that you would expect to find with a piece of this age and this lovely antique stands on a plain plinth. The mahogany has aged to a medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
