Unusual William IV Figured Mahogany Antique Estate Cupboard With Fitted Interior

This Unusual William IV Figured Mahogany Antique Estate Cupboard With Fitted Interior circa, 1835 has a beautifully figured top with half round moulded edge above two beautifully figured doors with keys with working lock. The sides have elegant carved and half round moulded pilasters. The interior is unique comprising of several small mahogany lined drawers with turned handles and useful stationary compartments. This wonderful cupboard stands on a simple moulded plinth and benefits from the original backboards. The mahogany has aged to a mellow rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
