Description

This is a beautiful pair of mid 19th century Canton Famille Rose Vases. They are of barrel form and a good size, measuring 35 cms high. The vases are decorated in the typical pastel palette with panels of figures butterflies and flowers, all set within gilt and green scrollwork and iron red and gilt borders. The vases are in excellent condition with only minor rubbing to the gilding, commensurate with age.
