Super Quality Decorative Japanese Mixed Metal Vases Seiya Signed

1900 - 1920
Description

As part of our oriental collection we are delighted to offer these wonderfully decorative Japanese bronze vases, the pierced flared rim styalised vases are cleverly onlaid and decorated in various alloys depicting birds amongst branches in high relief ,the first vase has a silvered bronze hawk with shakudo beak and gold eyes , he rests upon a green patinated branch of prunus blossom tree, the second vase depicts an exotic bird decorated in shakudo,yellow and green details amidst the cleverly onlaid intertwining stems of exotic flora , each vase is of heavy quality construction and is signed Seiya to the underside .

The condition of the vases is superb.

We have taken the decision to give the customer the choice of buying a single vases or both vases at a discount .

2) The coloured bird vase £1,950
