Description

A truly wonderful Victorian two-door general purpose storage cabinet in satin birch. This most useful small/medium sized cupboard consists of a moulded-edge overhanging rectangular top beneath which is a cabinet enclosed by two doors each having two recessed rectangular panels. It has extremely finely moulded detailing to each of these panels and also the top of the plinth base support. Internally there are two removable shelves – both lipped in solid satin birch – which can be altered in height to suit any particular storage requirement. This beautiful 19th century cabinet is English and it dates from c.1870s/c.1880s.
