The upper section has two glazed doors with key and working lock along with decorative inlaid banding around the edges. The interior has two fixed shelves with unusual decorative carved beading along the edges and still retains some of the original fabric lining. The lower section has two inlaid cupboard doors displaying moulded edges and decorative banding along with key and working lock. The interior has a single fixed shelf. The cupboard stands on shaped bracket feet and splits into two aiding removal. It is a rich medium shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
