Description

Antique Victorian brass oil lamp, a charming and decorative piece of good quality, complete with its glass shade and chimney.

The clear glass font is cut with thumbprint and slice decoration and is fitted with a brass duplex burner, with twin wicks and twin wick winders.

The font is raised on a brass stem and an embossed brass base with fluted and beaded decoration, standing on a stepped glossy black plinth.

It is topped with a frosted glass tulip shade with a swirled body and a frilled rim, together with a tall clear glass chimney.

Presented in good condition, a very desirable antique lamp, perfect as a decorative piece on a side table, sideboard or mantelpiece.
