Gatcombe Antiques has dated this Georgian Apprentice Miniature Cabinet to the Georgian era.
In case you're not aware of the term "apprentice", in the 19th century, it was the customary practice for apprentices working for furniture makers to construct miniature versions in order to exhibit their acquired skills to their employers.

The drawer fronts each have been fitted with small turned wooden knobs. The two glazed doors have their original brass catch and brass latch, which still turn and close perfectly.
Cleaned, re-waxed and polished. In terrific original condition and a part of our history. It also has its practical uses, and would make a very nice item to sit on the dressing tale.

Aftercare:
Cleaned and restored (where necessary) to a high presentable standard. Periodically wipe over
with a soft cloth. Occasionally, use a spray furniture polish containing beeswax to maintain
its satin sheen. Please don't use a silicone spray as this could have a detrimental effect on the
waxed surface.
