French Rococo chandeliers from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries are characterised by asymmetrical scrollwork, fluid curves, and botanical motifs such as acanthus leaves. Constructed primarily from cast bronze or brass, they feature gilded finishes designed to enhance light distribution.
