Description

Antique 20th century Georgian style cabinet in mahogany, an elegant and beautifully proportioned piece with an abundance of traditional character. 

Resting on classic ogee feet, the lower section features three generous drawers, each finished with beautiful decorative brass handles. Neatly positioned above the drawers is a practical pull-out brushing slide, adding an interesting and useful feature to the design. 

Two large glazed cabinet doors occupy the upper section, opening to reveal three shelves with plenty of room for displaying books, ceramics, glassware or treasured collections. 

Dentil cornices along the top edge provide a refined architectural finish and complement the Georgian styling beautifully. 

Particularly impressive is the mahogany, with its gorgeous natural grain and rich colour giving the cabinet wonderful depth and warmth. 

Presented in good condition, well made and of good quality, this desirable piece combines handsome display space, useful storage and thoughtful period-inspired detailing in one beautifully finished cabinet.
